Since Locke lived in the 17th century, he predated modern capitalism. He wrote a century before Adam Smith's Wealth of Nations and two centuries before Karl Marx's Das Kapital. I could find no pertinent passages in Two Treatises about capitalism per se. However, from the other passages we see he has set the foundation for libertarian capitalism. In particular, Locke asserts a non-aggression principle (see Locke - Man's Rights), and originated the classic justification of property (see Locke - What is Property?).
